The Ramsdell Regional Center for the Arts (RRCA), the historic Vogue Theatre, and the Old Kirke Museum are partnering to highlight a special series for Manistee County. “Midweek Mornings in Manistee” features free and low-cost programming in July and August. The series are every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, at 10 am.
