All ticket sales are final. No refunds.

ORDERING TICKETS

In person through the 1st street side entrance during business hours or by calling 231-398-9770. Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri from 10 am – 5 pm. Closed on Wed, Sat, and Sun unless there is an event. You may also purchase in person 1 hour before a performance at the theatre box office on Maple Street. Online ordering is encouraged through www.RamsdellTheatre.org. COVID-19 AND ASSOCIATED RISKS

You acknowledge there are certain inherent risks when entering the Ramsdell Theatre and include but may not be limited to possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to MRSA, influenza, and COVID-19, and you assume full responsibility for personal injury and further release and discharge the RRCA and the City of Manistee for injury, loss or damage arising out of your or your family’s use of or presence upon the facilities of RRCA, whether caused by the fault of yourself, your family, RRCA or other third parties, even if arising from the negligence of others releasees or others, and assume full responsibility for your participation.

FIREARMS AND ALCOHOL

No firearms are allowed within the Ramsdell, including those carried by concealed permit holders, with the exception of security personnel on duty. No weapons, outside food or beverage products, illegal substances, signs/banners, glow sticks, laser pointers, flashlights or similar products are allowed.

SMOKING

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the Ramsdell. Out of courtesy for this historical landmark, please use the alley or outside corners. Smoking under the marquee leaves a sooty residue on the ceiling. Please avoid it when possible.

MEDIA RELEASE

If you, or any member of your group, are photographed or filmed while on the Ramsdell Regional Center for the Arts (City of Manistee) property by an authorized/staff photographer, the photo and/or video belongs to the photographer, and you release to the RRCA, its agents, and employees all rights to exhibit and market this work in print and electronic form publicly or privately, including social media websites.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING

Tag us! @Ramsdell_Theatre #AtTheRamsdell Snapping photos of yourself and your friends before the show, during intermission, and after the show is encouraged. However, for the safety of artists, NO FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY during the show. Using the camera on your cell phone is allowed. There are times when artists and their agents strictly prohibit the use of photography or recording devices. This will be announced in emails and from the stage.

ACCESSIBILITY

The Ramsdell’s ADA accessible doors are at the theatre entrance under the marquee. There is an elevator to the basement and balcony level. There are handicap seats located house right on level 1. If you need special seating arrangements, please let us know at the time of purchase and call the RRCA at 231-398-9770.

IN CASE OF A FIRE

The red signs indicate all emergency exits. In the event of a fire or other emergency, please walk, do not run, to the nearest exit.

BRASS RAILS

Please keep your feet off the brass rails. Leaning or pulling the brass rails damages the base and provides less support for patrons who need it most.

LOST ITEMS

The RRCA is not responsible for any items lost or left behind.

RENTING AT THE RAMSDELL
