The Woods, Meadows, and Shores of West Michigan
October 23 @ 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm
FREE
One landscape, two artists. An entirely original experience. Photographer Robert deJonge breathtaking images of West Michigan become the inspiration for an evening of live musical improvisation by Double Bassist Paul Erhard. As each photograph appears on the big screen, Erhard responds in the moment, creating a spontaneous dialogue between image and sound. Beautiful and surprising, this is West Michigan as you’ve never heard it before.
To see more of Robert deJonge’s photography, join us on Friday, November 6th for “Luminchantes” a new exhibit featuring Robert’s work.
The exhibit and reception are FREE to attend.
